We awoke early to watch us dock in Toulon. The seas had been particularly rough the night before through the Gulf du Lyons, keeping Caroline awake. David, of course, slept like a log through the whole thing! We took a tour to a pleasant University town called Aix-en-Provence where we struggled to buy anything with our minimal French. |
