DD's Photos: Day 1 - 3rd October 2003

After an early start to finish our packing, my parents picked us up to take us to dock gate 10 to meet our ship. It was a bit unclear of the procedure for boarding but we eventually got on and headed straight up to the top after the muster (emergency drill). As the ship sailed from Southampton we threw streamers and waved to the brass band playing on the docks. We headed out into the Solent where we waved goodbye to our pilot and headed to dinner to meet our table. I was initially a little nervous but was settling in by the evening, now more clear what to expect on a cruise.
